Will Berryman is an experienced leader at the highest executive levels, with expertise across technology, telecommunications, financial services, government, and traditional/digital media sectors. He has successfully managed large-scale organisations operating in multiple countries and with multicultural teams with headcounts of over 3000 people.
Will has extensive global operations and business leadership experience. He has solid career experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions management, and operational strategy development and implementation. In his advisory business, he specialises in business modelling & planning, econometrics & psychometrics, bringing data-driven insights to identifying organisational gaps with evidence-backed strategies for a successful resolution.
Will is often called upon to analyse complex business issues from a data and organizational basis and develop and implement remedy plans. He takes a hands-on implementation role while acting as a corporate advisor, creating many efficiencies for his clients.
Will brings creativity to his assignments. He is an accomplished business executive and entrepreneur with nearly 30 years of experience in media, technology, and publishing. He currently runs a leading science publisher (The Royal Institution of Australia, publisher of Cosmos Magazine) as its Executive Director. He is a published composer and music producer.
Will has successfully led major business transformation projects, including restructures, capital raises, company sales and acquisitions, major capital projects and new product developments and launches. Will is a board director of several organisations and has been a Chairman and Executive Chairman.
In his early career, Will was an award-winning science and technology journalist in print, radio, and television. He has a BA (Hons) in Economics and Psychology and is an Australian citizen.
